Is the content in English or Arabic?هل المحتوى باللغة الإنجليزية أم العربية؟
Both. English is the reference language of every chapter, and each chapter can be studied in English only or in English with the matching Arabic shown alongside each line (each English line directly followed by its Arabic). Questions, answer options, explanations, flashcards and cases are bilingual too.
كلاهما. الإنجليزية هي اللغة المرجعية لكل فصل، ويمكن دراسة الفصل بالإنجليزية فقط أو بالإنجليزية مع ما يقابلها بالعربية بجانب كل سطر (يلي كل سطر إنجليزي ما يقابله بالعربية مباشرة). والأسئلة وخياراتها وشروحها والبطاقات التعليمية والحالات ثنائية اللغة كذلك.
Are the mock exams the real SCFHS questions?هل الاختبارات التجريبية هي أسئلة الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية الفعلية؟
No. The mock exams are original practice questions written for this platform and arranged to follow the published SNLE format and blueprint. They are not official or leaked SCFHS examination items, and the practice result is a percentage — not an official SCFHS scaled score.

Does my progress get saved?هل يُحفَظ تقدّمي في الدراسة؟
Yes. When you are signed in, completed chapters, quiz results, bookmarks, flashcard reviews, your mistakes notebook and mock-exam results are saved to your account on our server, so they are not lost if the browser is cleared. A working copy is also kept on your registered device.

What is AL-FAHAD SNLE for?ما الغرض من منصّة الفهد SNLE؟
It is a study and revision platform to prepare for the Saudi Nursing Licensure Examination (SNLE). It is educational only: it does not replace current clinical guidelines, supervised training or the advice of a qualified healthcare professional, and it must not be used to make decisions about real patients.
هي منصّة دراسة ومراجعة للاستعداد لاختبار الرخصة السعودية للتمريض (SNLE). وهي تعليمية فقط: لا تُغني عن الإرشادات السريرية الحالية ولا عن التدريب تحت الإشراف ولا عن استشارة الممارس الصحي المؤهَّل، ولا يجوز استخدامها لاتخاذ قرارات بشأن مرضى حقيقيين.
Can I use it on my phone?هل يمكن استخدامها على الهاتف؟
Yes. The platform works on phones, tablets and computers. Each subscription is linked to one registered device at a time; you choose which device on first sign-in and can move it later from your Account page.

Why is my account limited to one device, and how do I change it?لماذا يقتصر الحساب على جهاز واحد؟ وكيف يُغيَّر؟
A subscription is personal. To protect the content, the server allows one registered device per account. Signing in on another device is refused until the device is transferred: from your Account page you can move the account to a new device a limited number of times (with your password), and support can transfer it for you if your device is lost.
الاشتراك شخصي. ولحماية المحتوى يسمح الخادم بجهاز مسجَّل واحد لكل حساب، ويُرفَض الدخول من جهاز آخر حتى يُنقَل الجهاز: من صفحة الحساب يمكن نقل الحساب إلى جهاز جديد عددًا محدودًا من المرات (بإدخال كلمة المرور)، ويمكن للدعم نقله عند فقدان الجهاز.

Plans are one-time purchases in Saudi riyals (SAR) with no automatic renewal. Payment is taken by a licensed payment gateway; access starts as soon as the payment is verified by our server and ends on the date shown on your Account page.
